Bon depuis on a toujours pas pu ouvrir (faut qu'on investisse en tournevis...) mais je sais même pas comment remplacer cette pièce, et même si elle est remplacée, je ne sais aps si autre chose est pété (et il y a de fortes chances...). Donc si quelqu'un a déjà eu un ennui de ce genre, ou connait quelqu'un ...
